Green Mango Chaweng Beach Road, Central Chaweng at the end of an extremely loud Soi you can't miss. Not gay owned or a gay venue but many gay men and women go from 11pm especially Friday & Saturday nights. Young western straight dominated but popular with gay Thai guys, ladyboys, gay and bi tourists. Gay Thai rent 'boys' (read men) & ladyboys will pop in after they have finished work in their own bar. Open air, large, very loud with sports screen. Closes 2pm.

Sweet Soul Cafe Close to the entrance of the Green Mango and operates in similar way to Green Mango. Similar Mixed crowd spills on to lane way.

Note: These venues are usually crowded and there is a clatter of very loud music coming in all directions from all the businesses along the Soi. Even if this is not your scene it is a spectacle worth checking out.

Solo Club Still keen to party? Government regulations now mean a 2am closing. However the Solo Bar maintains" relations" with the authorities so as to stay open until much later. Located at the end of the soi (lane) to the right of Starbucks Coffee Central Chaweng. Always packed with mixed crowd from 2 to 6am. Popular with gaycrowd wanting to continue the fun. Warning - take care of your belongings (especially around aggressive ladyboys) and watch out for frequent drunken fights.
